Bedrač Farm is situated in the heart of Haloze. Its principal activies are the production and processing of goat’s milk. The farm is well-known for its semi-hard and hard goat’s cheeses, which it sells under the brand “Sirko iz haloških bregov” (“Sirko cheese from the slopes of Haloze”). The farm organises tastings of its standard range of cheeses, as well as cheeses with additives such as pepper, chili and chives. They will serve you various spreads, curd cheese roulades, “Čriček” (young goat’s cheese) and curd cheese balls in olive oil. Their goat’s milk yoghurt is also very popular. All their products can be bought directly from the farm.
